What you send us
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter — your name, work email, company, the work you want to improve, and any optional context — are sent to the Fieldwoven team by email so we can reply. A confirmation containing the same enquiry details is also sent to your work email from hello@fieldwoven.com. The messages are transmitted through our email delivery provider and are not stored in a database on this site. Form values are otherwise held only in your browser and are cleared when the page is refreshed.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
If you enter an email in the homepage form, it is passed to the consultation page in the URL to prefill the form. It may therefore appear in your browser history. You can instead leave that field blank and enter your email directly on the consultation page.
External links
If a booking service is configured, the site may offer a link to visit it. Those actions are initiated by you, and external services have their own privacy practices.
Analytics and site storage
This implementation does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Fonts and imagery are served with the site. A hosting provider may maintain request logs under its own policies.
